Most clients never need hands-on support, because we catch problems early. If you ever do, remote help is $105/hr with no minimums and no surprises.

What computers are covered?+
Windows PCs, laptops, and Macs. Phones and tablets aren't covered. Device Shield is built for the computers your household actually works on.
Do I need to remove my current antivirus?+
Yes, Device Shield replaces it with enterprise-grade protection, and we handle the removal for you during setup.
Is there a contract?+
No fixed term. Home plans are billed monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The first weeks are setup work on our side (removing old software, installing and tuning protection, fixing what we find), so if you cancel within the first 90 days a one-time $150 setup fee applies. After 90 days there is no fee.
What happens when you find a problem?+
We fix what we can remotely, often before you ever notice, and contact you if anything needs a decision.
I run a business from my home, can I use a home plan?+
Home plans cover personal computers. If a computer earns your living, it needs business coverage: that's where priority response, cyber-insurance documentation, and business-hours guarantees live, because downtime costs you money.
