## About

CinnTech is a managed service provider (MSP) based in Morewood, Ontario, serving small and micro businesses within approximately one hour of our workshop.   - CinnTech Pro: Microsoft 365 Business Premium, identity protection, backups, unlimited remote support ($125/user/month)
  - CinnTech Standard: Microsoft 365 Business Premium with backups, identity protection, unlimited M365 support ($80/user/month)
  - CinnTech Mobile: Microsoft 365 for remote and field workers ($60/user/month)
  - CinnTech Teams: Teams chat and basic cloud access for warehouse, drivers, and part-time staff ($25/user/month)
- **IT Support & Consulting**: on-demand support, hardware setup, migrations, networking (UniFi and Omada WiFi, firewalls, VPN) ($105/hour for subscribers; $160/hour for non-subscribers with a one-hour minimum, rebilled at the subscriber rate if they subscribe to any plan within 30 days of the first visit)
- **Network Shield** (managed network care, per site): Gateway $45/month on client-owned UniFi or Omada, or $85/month WatchGuard Firebox with appliance and security subscription included; Wireless $20/month per access point; Switch $20/month per switch; Monitor $20/month per site for internet connection monitoring only; UniFi CyberSecure add-on $20/month per gateway; 10% off for Device Shield clients; 12-month term then month to month
- **Business Apps, Automation & Digital Signage**: custom apps and portals, Power Apps, workflow automation, managed digital signage (kiosk and TV displays) (quoted per project)

- **Device Shield Home**: the same monitoring and protection for a personal Windows PC or Mac ($30/month single device, $50/month family plan for 2 devices, $15/month per additional device, up to 5 per household; billed monthly, cancel with 30 days' notice, $150 setup fee only if cancelled within the first 90 days)

- **Custom-coded website build**: starting at $2,500, SEO configured, Google Search Console and Analytics set up, optional AI assistant build ($500 one-time)
- **Site Shield** website care plans, available only for websites CinnTech builds: Care $45/month, Care Plus $95/month, Managed $195/month (hosting included). Add-ons: AI assistant $35/month, integration maintenance $25/month per integration, additional content work $105/hour
